The Hot Buffet
Includes soups with crusty bread, a selection of deep fried
seafood, nuggets and spring rolls etc, various hot dishes including
Mornays marinated chicken wings, curries, stir-fry’s and pasta.
Our hot roast carvery is served with baked potatoes
fresh vegetables and sauces.
 
The Salads
Our salads are prepared from fresh daily produce.
Traditional favorites inc. coleslaw, potato and waldorf
and are accompanied with fresh ingredients to
make your own exciting combination.
 
The Cold Buffet
Beautifully decorated platters of succulent leg
ham and turkey breast are presented with other favorites
such as roast beef, pork, chicken and continental meats.
Vegetarian platter consists of roasted eggplant, semi-dried tomatoes,
stuffed vine leaves. Our seafood selection has an endless supply of delicious
Unlimited Gulf prawns, marinated calamari and mussels.
 
 
Desserts
Treat yourself with soft serve ice cream,
piping hot donuts, fresh fruit salad, pavlova, pastries
 and a hot selection including puddings and crumbles.
To finish we have a selection of local and imported cheeses, crisp
