THE HOT BUFFET

The Buckingham Arms hot buffet options includes two freshly made soups with crusty bread and a selection of deep fried spring rolls, samosas and chips. Enjoy various hot dishes including our delicious butter chicken curry, pepper beef, stir-fry and pasta. Our famous hot roast carvery featuring roast beef and leg ham is freshly sliced by our chefs and can be accompanied by delicious baked potatoes, seasonal vegetables and sauces.

THE SALADS

Our salads are prepared from fresh daily produce and include traditional favorites including coleslaw, pasta, caesar, potato and garden salads. These salads are accompanied with fresh ingredients to make your own unique and exciting combination.

THE COLD BUFFET

Beautifully decorated platters of succulent leg ham and turkey breast are presented with other favourites such as corned beef, roast pork and other continental meats. Our vegetarian platters consist of roasted eggplant, semi-dried tomatoes, crisp greens, olives, fetta cheese, pickled onion and stuffed vine leaves. Our seafood selection has an endless supply of delicious South Australian prawns, marinated calamari and mussels, smoked haddock, seafood salad and fish terrine which will satisfy all sefood lovers.

DESSERTS

Treat yourself with soft serve ice cream, piping hot donuts, fresh fruit salad, jelly, chocolate mousse, pavlova and cheesecake plus tuck into our hot selection of your favourite desserts including sticky date pudding, apple crumble and custard. To finish we have a selection of local and imported cheeses, South Australian dried fruits, mixed nuts and biscuits served with bottomless tea and coffee.
